I have been front of house and public facing throughout my varied career and responsibilities. My role within the GALF team along with Carol Lammy-Steele, is to represent for you and go the extra mile to make sure the experience you have with us is exactly as you would wish it. I will bring my years of travel, discerning taste in guesting in hotels and know that a holiday is more than just a welcome mat and a stunning reception lobby, it starts right from your committing to the travel arrangements. In my long career in the Arts and now in education, I have always regarded my students as “our customers”. Currency may not be passing hands, but they are buying into my knowledge and experience, and it is my responsibility to ensure that my customers who come in everyday with a purpose, trust that what I am delivering is valuable, relevant, real, and authentic. You are coming on this holiday to The Gambia you are valuable. I will go the extra mile to ensure that you feel valued and have a great experience, and yes, want to return to other events. I have stayed in some wonderful “high-end” places but realise that value for money is more than just the glam of the chandelier in reception, and the décor it is all about the overall experience. Its more than just the clean sheets and pretty wallpaper. If there are any issue raised it is dealt with promptly. I am looking forward to the Gambian experience and the opportunity to be part of your holiday experience . |
